SRQ Weekly is a newsletter about local events in Sarasota, Florida, owned and operated by Endpoint Holdings, LLC. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Endpoint Holdings, LLC. We respect your privacy and want to be clear about what information we collect and how we use it.

What We Collect

When you subscribe to SRQ Weekly, we collect your email address. If you choose to answer one of our reader surveys, we also keep your answers alongside your subscription so we can send you more of what you're interested in.

If you fill out a form on one of our sponsored offer pages, we collect the information that form asks for, such as your name, phone number, email, and address. See "Sponsored Offers" below for how that's handled.

We also collect basic usage data when you visit our website, described under "Analytics and Cookies."

How We Use Your Information

We use your email address to send you our weekly newsletter. We don't sell, rent, or share your newsletter subscription information, including your email address, with third parties. Ever.

Sponsored Offers

From time to time we partner with local businesses that sponsor an offer in the newsletter or on our website. These offers are always clearly labeled as sponsored, and they link to a dedicated page on our site where you can request what's being offered, like a quote.

Nothing is shared just because you read or click a sponsored offer. We only pass information to a partner when you type it into that offer's form and submit it to request that partner's product or service. In that case we send what you entered to that one partner, so they can contact you about your request, and we keep a copy to record the referral. Partners may pay us for these referrals.

Once a partner has your request, their use of it is also covered by their own privacy policy. Your newsletter subscription is never shared as part of this, and submitting an offer form doesn't add you to any partner's mailing list beyond following up on your request. If you'd like us to delete a request you've submitted, email us and we'll take care of it.

Email Service Provider

We use MailerLite to deliver our newsletter. When you subscribe, your email address is stored on MailerLite's servers. MailerLite has its own privacy policy which you can review at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Analytics and Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies from third-party analytics and advertising services. They help us understand how visitors use the site and measure how well our ads bring in new readers. They don't receive your name or email address from us.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work if you do.

Our email service provider tracks basic email metrics like open rates and click rates. This data helps us understand what content is most useful to our readers.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it, and you're off the list, no questions asked.
